Evie had her first day of preschool today. Wow, you would have thought she was going off to college with two gushing parents like Mike and I. She's just getting too big, to fast! She will go to school (Mother's Day Out) for three days a week at our church. She has such wonderful teachers and her friends are all there so I know she will really enjoy it.
Prior to her preschool adventures, we had about three weeks of Potty Training Boot Camp. Let's just say that between a two month old and a two year old in potty training...It's been REAL messy around here. Evie is getting the hang of the big girl panties, though. She still sleeps in a diaper and I'm sending her to school in disposable training pants for the first couple of weeks just so that the teachers won't have to clean up yucky accidents. But I think she will do well with it at school because she loves using the "little potties" at church. Ahh, the simple things that please little ones...
