11 Months - Olivia

A little late, but here's Olivia's 11 month post.  She brought in her 11th month much the same way she brought in her 10th month....with a fever, a virus and another tooth.  Poor thing.  She is doing much better now.  She is trying really hard to walk and she has the bumps and bruises to prove it.  She loves to play with her older sisters, walk with her walker and she enjoys the car much more these days.  Olivia likes to eat cheese, pasta, chicken nuggets and apple sauce.  She is doing better taking her bottles and she likes milk.  She is not sleeping all night, but I think she will learn better sleep habits once she gets her very own room.

"Daddy, you don't scare me!"
Helping in the kitchen AND brushing my teeth.  Such the multi-tasker!
Enjoying the nice fall-ish weather at the park.
Playing toys...everything goes in the mouth!

First Day of School

The school year got off to a good start.  Evie started first grade this year.  FIRST grade!  We can't believe it.  She has been super excited and we are excited for her in this new adventure at the fine arts magnet school in Odessa.  She really loves her teacher and so far she is doing really well!

Mavery started Pre-K this year at the church preschool.  She is loving her class and her teacher.  No tears so far this year for this big girl at drop off!  Yeah!  She is doing really well recognizing her ABCs and she is learning to write her name.  Big stuff for Miss Mavery!

And Olivia started Mother's Day Out this year as well.  She is doing good in her class two times a week.  She is not good at taking a nap at school, but we are getting into a routine.  With all of the drop-offs and pick-ups during the day, we have had to learn to adjust to being gone a lot during the day.  But we are getting the hang of it!

On Friday, we celebrated the first week of school with an afternoon swim at the apartment pool.  The girls had fun relaxing and chilling out in the bright sun!

But this little one stayed home with Daddy!
