Our little Evie girl turned 5 years old this week. It just doesn't seem possible!
She woke up Wednesday morning and after I reminded her that it was her Birthday, she did a 5 minute "happy dance" around the living room. It was pretty funny!
Then she sat down next to me and said very seriously, "Mommy, I can read now. I'm five years old. So that means I can read!".
I wish it were that easy…
