Mavery started running a weird fever on the way up there and she was pretty miserable through lunch. But she perked up for the rest of the afternoon.

Mike took Evie and Mavery to Ft. Davis on Friday. The had quite the adventure seeing the mountains and cooking lunch at the park.

We had a great time, and despite the fun we had with Mike's costume, it was very meaningful for the kiddos!
We hosted our first annual glow in the dark Easter Egg Hunt this year. It was a blast. The best part was making the kids wait until it was dark to go hunt the eggs. They were bursting with anticipation. We can't wait to do it again next year.

We went to visit the duck pond after dinner on Easter Sunday. It was a fun way to end a great day celebrating our Risen Lord!
