Mavery Lynn was born yesterday at 7:15am - she is 7 pounds and 19.5 inches long.

Happy Memorial Day

We went to the park and had ice cream this weekend. It was hot, hot, hot and my cheeks got red, red, red! Can you tell that the sun is shining in my eyes?

Baby Sister is coming real soon. Only about two more weeks until her due date. Mommy is officially doing the 9 month waddle. Hehe!
We are all really excited to meet her in the next few days. Stay tuned for pictures...

Five Wonderful Years

...Of wedded bliss. The fifth wedding anniversary is the cookie cake anniversary, right? Well, it is when you forget to buy your husband an anniversary card.
Thank you Mike, it's been a fantastic five years. I can't wait for the next five, ten, fifteen, twenty plus....more years!

Easter 2011

We had a lovely Easter Sunday this year. I went to church with Mom and Dad and learned about the Resurrection. I also hunted Easter Eggs and really cleaned up. Mom and Dad said they had to "inspect" the eggs, but I haven't seen those hard-earned eggs since. Sneaky Parents! Mawmaw and Pawpaw joined us for church and then for lunch. They brought some lovely flowers from the garden:

Water Table Fun

We took the Little People for a swim in the water table and discovered that they are not very good swimmers. But they had fun in the bath tub later on.

Library Fun

Mom took me to the library this morning. Something about "we have to return the Elmo DVD because it's driving her crazy...."
Anyway, I had a great time playing on the blocks and at the bead table. I'm serious about the bead table. I had to pull up some chairs and get to workin!
